WHO WE WORK WITH

ELSECAR HERITAGE CENTRE is a living history centre in Elsecar, Barnsley, South Yorkshire. It covers the industrial history of the area, and includes a Newcomen steam engine, the only such engine still in its original location. The buildings were originally used for various industries including ironworks and forges, a distillery, and engineering workshops. These fell into decline when the coal mines in the village closed.​It now comprises of shops, businesses, galleries, art and craft studios and an exhibition hall. It runs craft workshops, special events, and a monthly antiques fair.​We hold events at this fantastic venue regularly throughout the year. Our outdoor events take place at the back of the Ironworks just in front of the railway. Our indoor events take place inside the Ironworks.

CANNON HALL MUSEUM, PARK AND GARDENS is a country house museum and parkland located between the villages of Cawthorne and High Hoyland, Nr Barnsley, South Yorkshire. Originally the home of the Spencer and later the Spencer-Stanhope family, it now houses collections of fine furniture, paintings, ceramics and glassware. The Hall is a stunning Georgian country house museum which is set in 70 acres of historic parkland and beautiful landscaped gardens which are perfect for walking or a picnic. Weddings regularly take place in the grounds, these offer a spectacular back drop for any event.​Our events are Cannon Hall usually take place twice a year. These events are always popular, and due to the amount of grounds available, are always spacious no matter how busy they are.

SHEFFIELD CATHEDRAL is the cathedral church for the Church of England diocese of Sheffield. Originally a parish church, it was elevated to cathedral status when the diocese was created in 1914. Construction of the earliest section of the cathedral dates back to c. 1200, with the newest construction completed in 1966; the building is an unusual mixture of medieval and modern architecture. Most recently, the cathedral underwent an interior and exterior refurbishment in 2013–2014

THE RIDINGS SHOPPING CENTRE, based in the heart of Wakefield city centre, offers popular high street names, independent stores and a convenient, welcoming place to meet for a bite to eat or a coffee. With over 80 stores over three floors and open 7 days a week, The Ridings combines fashion, beauty, food and homeware – there’s something for everyone! Shop your favourite high street brands, then find something a little different in independently-owned stores like Made in Yorkshire, Artworld Gallery and The Wakefield Antiques & Collectables Centre. Enjoy one of the many fun, free events which are held regularly at the Centre, and with everything from craft fairs and style events to tea dances and kids’ character events, they’re suitable for all the family. After getting your shopping fix, why not sit back and enjoy a film at Reel Cinema? Located on the upper mall, this state of the art, 5 screen cinema shows all the latest blockbusters, and visitors are entitled to free parking when purchasing a ticket. There’s parking for 1000+ cars so getting to the centre has never been easier and since it’s all undercover, you can shop with ease, whatever the weather!

TEMPLE NEWSAM (historically Temple Newsham) is a Tudor-Jacobean house in Leeds, West Yorkshire.​The estate lends its name to the Temple Newsam ward of Leeds City Council, in which it is situated, and lies to the east of the city, It is one of nine sites in the Leeds Museums & Galleries group.​The house is a Grade I listed building, defined as a "building of outstanding or national architectural or historic interest". The stables are Grade II* listed ("particularly significant buildings of more than local interest"), and ten separate features of the estate are Grade II listed ("buildings of special architectural or historic interest"), including the Sphinx Gates and the Barn.

THE ROYAL ARMOURIES MUSEUM in Leeds, West Yorkshire, is a national museum that holds the National Collection of Arms and Armour. It is part of the Royal Armouries family of museums. ​The Royal Armouries Museum is a £42.5 million purpose-built museum located in Leeds Dock that opened in 1996. Its collection was previously on display or in storage at the Tower of London where the Royal Armouries still maintains a presence and displays in the White Tower.​Markets take place outside the armouries.

THORESBY PARK, within the heart of Nottinghamshire, is a lovely place to visit all year round with a range of attractions for all the family no matter how young or old.
